  • Provide a mailing program plan that presents acquisition and renewal strategies as distinct components
  • Recommend an annual budget of estimated program costs and projected revenue, broken out in three sections: {Acquisitions and Renewals/Donor appeals/Monthly donor appeals}
  • Produce copy, artwork, and creative designs for each appeal for your organization with subsequent approval processes
  • Coordinate all mailing schedules between vendor partners and client
  • Coordinate list management, including list acquisition

  • Provide advice on how best to integrate these programs to maximize results

Direct Solution originally started out as a pure direct marketing agency, and is therefore very comfortable performing direct response campaigns. In the ‘old day’s that meant just direct mail but nowadays, we include the integration with email, enews and social media activities.

  • Design a comprehensive, multi-channel direct response program for your organization based on a comprehensive analysis of historical annual giving/direct mail activities and scaling the program based on direct response best practices;
